Our website, programs, resources, and coaching are provided for educational, informational, and coaching purposes.
They are not medical care, psychotherapy, mental health treatment, nutrition therapy, or a substitute for care from a licensed healthcare professional.

Our services are not intended for emergency or crisis support.
You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, health choices, and use of the information or services provided.
Individual experiences and results vary. No specific outcome from coaching, programs, courses, or other services is guaranteed.
Unless otherwise stated, prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).
Payments may be made by:
credit or debit card; or
bank transfer to our designated Japanese bank account, when arranged directly with us.
Any bank-transfer, currency-conversion, international transaction, or similar fees charged by a financial institution or payment provider are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
If you choose a payment plan, you remain responsible for the scheduled payments according to the terms provided at purchase, subject to any applicable refund policy.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable coaching agreement, our 14-Day Peace-of-Mind Guarantee applies only to 1:1 coaching services.
After your first coaching session, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the date of that first session by contacting:
Any payment-processing, bank-transfer, currency-conversion, or similar fees that are not returned to us may be deducted from the refund.
Access to the applicable coaching service and related materials may be terminated upon refund.
Unless a different policy is stated on the applicable sales or checkout page, digital products, online courses, self-study programs, audio programs, recordings, downloadable resources, and similar products are non-refundable after purchase, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Any refund terms stated for a specific product or service will apply to that purchase.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all website content, courses, recordings, worksheets, coaching materials, frameworks, graphics, written content, digital resources, and other materials provided by Kanna Laird International LLC are owned by or licensed to us.
These materials are provided for personal use only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, share, republish, modify for commercial use, or otherwise use our materials without prior written permission.
Access to paid products, programs, or accounts may not be shared with another person.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any liability relating to a purchased product or service will not exceed the amount paid to Kanna Laird International LLC for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
